Leadership Scorecard
I know it's been a while since i posted but i haven't had my back turned on leadership. In fact, i've been in the process of developing a leadership framework to facilitate the practice of leadership at any level. It works very simiar to Kaplan and Norton's balanced scorecard. At the moment there are three perpectives: being, doing and developing. To demonstrate how it works, lets consider the Developing perspective. One dimension of this perspective is simulation. to develop as a leader i will brainstorm and store simulation activities and prioritise them. Each time i finish one then i will take up another. At the moment simulation activities include the entrepreneur challenge, a business planning contest; and work.
